How we work
You talk to a manager. The agency's AI assistant handles the routine.
The assistant does not quote prices, sign contracts or see passport and bank details. It always introduces itself as an assistant.
Choose an artist and send the date, city and venue. The assistant checks the artist's calendar.
A manager contacts you and agrees the format and fee. Enquiry to contract usually takes 10–14 days.
We confirm the date after an agreed deposit — the amount and timing are set around your project. Until then it can be held for 14 days.
The assistant prepares documents, a manager reviews and sends the contract. Rider 21 days before the show, the payment schedule is set in the contract.
The host usually arranges travel, hotel and taxes. A manager agrees the details.
Concerts, festivals and tours with artists and organisers.
Releases to music platforms. Ask the team about availability and terms.
Song registration and royalty accounting. Applications are not open yet.
