What we collect
We collect what you give us through booking and contact forms: your name, email, phone (optional), event details and message. On public pages, privacy-friendly Vercel Web Analytics also records aggregate page views, referrers, approximate country, device and browser information. It does not receive form contents or set advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use form data to process your enquiry, reply and keep a record of the deal. Aggregate analytics helps us understand which public pages and journeys need improvement. We don't share enquiry data outside BRAMA except as needed to deliver the booking, for example with the venue or promoter involved.
AI assistant
BRAMA's AI assistant processes enquiries, correspondence and the calendar on our instructions. It does not make financial decisions, sign contracts or access passport and bank details. People agree prices, contracts and substantive replies.
How long we keep it
For as long as the booking is active, and up to two years after for our own records. Then it's deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Write to the email below and we'll act on it.
