The artist dashboard: dates, documents, payments and requests

An artist gets into the dashboard by invitation from a manager. The invitation arrives by email, the artist confirms the address and fills in a minimum of information about the project. After that, signing in works through a one-time link sent to the same email, so there is no password to remember. If an address is not in the system, the sign-in page suggests asking a BRAMA manager to add it. The interface comes in English, Ukrainian and Russian. The menu holds the overview, dates, calendar, finance, documents and profile.

The overview page shows upcoming dates, documents waiting for attention and open requests. Each date opens into the deal card: city, venue, a status that runs from enquiry to settlement, and a preparation checklist, with the BRAMA manager responsible for the deal named on the card. The checklist tracks riders sent, venue approved, promo materials approved, tickets on sale, travel arranged and guest list agreed. The calendar can be connected to Google Calendar.

The availability section is where the artist marks days off, touring periods and preferred dates. A manager and the assistant take these marks into account when they answer organisers.

Documents sit next to the dates they belong to. The artist sees offers, contracts and riders with their status: draft, in review, sent or signed. The artist can also upload files such as a rider or promo materials.

In the finance section the artist sees the amount, the agency's commission and the payment records for their own deals. What is visible depends on the artist's role in the project. Other artists' deals, internal notes and the agency's figures from other projects stay hidden.

Changes to the profile go through requests. Passport details, bank details and a personal phone number are never edited inline, and the dashboard does not display their current values. A person at the agency reviews every such request before it takes effect. A release catalog with distribution appears in the dashboard once the artist connects that service under a separate agreement.
