How we work and on what terms. We agree the fee for each show separately.
How a booking works

Enquiry
Choose an artist and send the date, city and venue. The assistant checks the artist's calendar.

Terms
A manager contacts you and agrees the format and fee. Enquiry to contract usually takes 10–14 days.

Date and deposit
We confirm the date after an agreed deposit — the amount and timing are set around your project. Until then it can be held for 14 days.
- Assistant and manager
Contract
The assistant prepares documents, a manager reviews and sends the contract. Rider 21 days before the show, the payment schedule is set in the contract.

The show
The host usually arranges travel, hotel and taxes. A manager agrees the details.
Terms of working together
Deposit by agreement
We confirm a date after the deposit. Its size and timing are agreed individually, based on the project and format.
14-day hold
Until confirmation, a date can be held.
Rider 21 days ahead
We send the technical and hospitality rider no later than 21 days before the show.
Flexible payment schedule
Balance timing is set in the contract — usually closer to the show, but we are happy to discuss a schedule that works for you.
Travel, hotel, taxes
Usually arranged and paid by the host. Details are agreed with the manager.
Fees and cancellation
Fees and cancellation or rescheduling terms are agreed individually. There are no public price lists.
